We feel it is important to highlight the great work happening within our industry, and introduced our Shortlist Showcase last year to celebrate all your fantastic products. Bake at Home

We take the recipes of the most popular savoury bakes from around the world and make them healthier, pastry-free and tweak them for the British palate.

Never mind the curious flavour combination we create, they also love the twist we add - like replacing the heavy pastry crust with a much reduced fat alternative such as a rice, potato or savoury brioche crust. We also maximise the vitamins and minerals contained in the bake by a careful selection of nutrient-dense fillings - many of them vegan and vegetarian.

We even tell them on the pack the changes we made to the original local recipe - just to make it a little healthier.

Fill your home with that oh-so-delicious bakery fresh smell and treat your taste buds with this heavenly golden bake. Made with fresh pastry swirled with a sweet cinnamon filling, frozen for you to have that first bake fresh taste. The perfect product for those customers who love a morning pastry. The demand for bake at home morning goods rose during the Covid-19 pandemic as we saw more people working from home and customers needing their morning Danish pastry fix still!

A white pizza dough crafted in a traditional Neapolitan style, made with only flour, water yeast and salt. This makes a very light and soft dough, easy to work for creating your very own Italian style pizza with a wonderful base perfectly complementing whatever toppings you decide you want on your pizza today!

With more and more people working from home, and customers not been able to access their favourite cafes for a morning coffee and pastry as often due to the pandemic, these bake at home Pain Aux Raisin have been the perfect addition to our customers freezers. Using the same recipe as in our in-store bakery, these all-butter flaky pastry whirls are filled with creamy custard and juicy raisins. No prep, fuss or washing up, just bake from frozen in just 25 minutes to create that delicious fresh baked smell that will fill the home.

Morrisons Milk chocolate cookie dough is a deliciously chocolatey, super quick family treat made from quality ingredients. Cookie dough taps into the continuing growth in the home baking and helps both experienced and inexperienced bakers achieve amazingly brilliant results every time. Customers have fed back that the smell of our warm cookies straight from the oven is irresistible. Morrisons Milk chocolate cookie dough is a firm favourite with both adults and kids, tapping into the permissive indulgent trend.

Co-op has championed Fairtrade since 1994, and in 2003 converted all our coffee to Fairtrade. In 2020 we introduced our Irresistible Limited Edition; available as beans, roast & ground, and pods for customer convenience. Sits alongside our all year round single origins, specially selected from new origins across the globe, purchasing crops from farmers and showcasing the wonderful variety each terroir produces. Because of the boom of the in-home barista, and thirst for café culture during the pandemic, customers want variety. This Ugandan origin from Bukonzo Kasese has notes of caramel & apple. This co-operative recently invested in farming techniques to improve yields for the future, while also helping pay for school fees, medical expenses and better housing. *The Ugandan option may have sold out by November as it’s a fixed volume buy, and we move to Papa New Guinea next (the coffee isn’t ready yet to showcase).

This drink provides one of 5 day, vitamin B2 and B12 which contribute to normal energy yielding metabolism. When consumed as part of a healthy balanced diet removes the need for stimulants such as caffeine. Naturally vegan. This bottle like the rest of Co-op food to go drinks is sold in a 100% recycled plastic RPET bottle, that is recyclable and is most environmentally friend packaging format when widely recycled.

Expertly crafted from still water, fruit juice and active botanicals, our product offers the perfect blend of flavour and refreshment. Our drink is made with natural ingredients and no added sugar and comes in a botanical-decorated bottle. A crisp kiwi refresher, with a heady hit of jasmine and mint, Kiwi, Lime & Mint is great served with ice, lime and freshly chopped mint. Crumpets, Muffins and Pancakes

Co-op Irresistible Sourdough Crumpets are made with a live wheat sourdough. Yeasts and micro-organisms within the sourdough start to ferment the batter as it rests. This creates a mildly acidic tangy flavour and releases lots of carbon dioxide bubbles, meaning the crumpets are light and spongy in texture. As the crumpets bake these air bubble rise to the top and pop, leaving lots of little vertical “tunnels”, the perfect place for a generous helping of butter to melt and sink in to. These crumpets should be toasted to your preferred shade of golden before topping.

Pantafola means slipper and is a comforting stuffed Italian bread. Our Morrisons version is made with slowly fermented sponge dough for an open texture. It is hand shaped and topped with a deliciously savoury sundried tomato sauce and Cherrybell Sweet Chilli Peppers. The slight heat from the peppers is paired beautifully with the creamy mozzarella pearls, that melt into gorgeous puddles once baked. The Pantafola is hand finished with an Extra Virgin Olive Oil, fresh parsley & garlic dressing. It’s perfect on its own, as a starter or paired with a selection of antipasti for a weekend treat at home.

Our Iceland stuffed crust ultimate garlic & cheese pizza is the ultimate garlic bread. We've added a twist to the traditional garlic bread by creating this unique pizza with a soft base covered with mozzarella and garlic. The ultimate cheese lover will love the stuffed cheese crust. The pizza would make an excellent starter for two or an individual meal for one. This pizza has been awarded the 2021 taste award from the good housekeeping institute. One of our customer's reviews for this product read: 'Wonderful Pizza loads of cheese, just the right amount of garlic. Definitely delicious, and would recommend'.

Made with the finest quality flour from Shipton Mill in the Cotswolds, enriched with butter and filled with plump sultanas, flame raisins, currants and cranberries. Our hand finished loaf is enhanced with fresh lemon, fresh orange and ground spices for extra flavour and crafted by Wiltshire Bakers with almost 200 years of history in traditional bread making.

Belton Farm Extra Special Vintage Red Fox cheese is handcrafted at Belton Farm using a unique recipe developed over many years, along with carefully selected cultures and the skill of the cheese-maker to produce an intense and complex blend of sweet and savoury distinctive flavours.

It has a russet colour and a wonderful rugged mouth-feel with a hint of ‘crunch’, the cheese has been developed through watchful maturation and leaves the palate with a lingering flavour and a desire for more.

Red Fox is a modern British Classic offering the consumer a Mature Red Leicester cheese with a cunningly unexpected crunch, specially selected for the Asda Extra Special range.

A Red Fox weather vane has stood aloft Belton Farm since 1815 watching over the farm. The description of the cheese refers to the smooth, cunning and clever characteristics of the fox which can be attributed to this moreish cheese.

Based in the glorious Shropshire countryside the Beckett family have been producing award-winning cheese at Belton Farm for nearly a century.

A VALUE tier cheese. This deliciously versatile cheddar is mild, creamy and smooth. Made from milk from UK/Irish farms. It has mass appeal across all ages as it melts well for cheese on toast, and is easily sliced for sandwiches. This cheese is made using milk from cows that graze on the lush pastures on the Mendip Hills, Somerset, the original home of Cheddar cheese. Combined with specially selected starter cultures it forms cheese that is aged, ensuring a complexity of flavour and texture that a vintage Cheddar should have. It has a smooth silky texture with a slight crunch, a sign of it having been matured for 18 months. The flavour is 'rounded' balancing the sweet notes with creaminess and nuttiness. This cheese is fantastic on a cheeseboard, paired with a fine wine, or grated into cheese sauces.

As a ripening cheese, its natural core present at the beginning of its life will become smoother and creamier as it ages. It is also suitable for Vegetarians.

This bespoke recipe product is made in small batches by cheese bake experts.

A creamy cheese from the Grand Est region of France, with a bold flavour and distinctive aroma. During maturation the cheeses are placed in humid cellars to ripen for 2 weeks and regularly rubbed with brine. A red dye extracted from rocou seeds of is applied which gives the cheese a natural orange colour. Serve as part of a classic cheeseboard, to be cut in wedges like camembert. Can be baked, or for a super indulgent serving pour champagne into the ‘hollow’ on top (caused by the AOP rule of never turning the cheese over during maturation).

Produced in the Poitou Charentes region of France at a small specialist creamery in Dangé Saint Romain, this Goat Camembert is produced using 100% goat’s milk. The multi-award-winning Goat Camembert has a delicate, velvety rind, with a mushroomy aroma. When ripened, the gooey and silky texture is balanced by a rich and clean goat cheese flavour. Enjoy over a warm rocket salad or as a cheese board centrepiece accompanied by figs, honey, and a sprinkle of fresh lavender.

This award winning Ossau Iraty is produced in the mountainous Basque region of France, giving perfect conditions for grazing sheep to develop a beautiful sweet and creamy cheese with hints of nuttiness. Matured for 10 months to get the right balance of sweet and caramel notes. Produced at the heart of the Pyrenees mountains, this sheep’s milk cheese has a rich, creamy texture, developing notes of hazelnut and caramel as it ages. The Onetik creamery is located in the village of Macaye at the foot of the French Pyrenees Mountains. The creamery has been producing cheese for over 30 years, collecting quality milk from 3 varieties of sheep herded locally and grazed on the lush pastures of the mountains. Once the cheese is made it is affineured in the cellars of Onetik where it is brushed, turned and washed every 7-10 days whilst the flavour and texture develops until the maturation period is complete.

Cinco Lanzas is a unique and flavourful hard Spanish cheese produced exclusively by the renowned cheese maker Garcia Baquero in the Castilian region of Spain. With generations of cheese making heritage, they have created new takes on the traditional Iberico cheeses, combining outstanding artisan processes and milk sources with long ripening. Cinco Lanzas blend of sheep, goats and cows milk has a clean and subtly fruity taste, delicate nutty aromas with hints of spice and caramel, characterised by the 16th month’s maturation. The cheese is great for entertaining and special occasions.
