Despite the recent challenging times, we have witnessed the foodservice industry thriving and brimming with innovation. We felt it was necessary not only to reward the creativity behind the vast amount of new product development, but also to shine a light on those suppliers, brands and manufacturers who have worked tirelessly to support the foodservice industry.
